We are proud of our RODEO HOME collection and want you to be perfectly pleased with your purchase. However, if you are not satisfied with your selection, we will gladly exchange/ refund the item purchased according to the return policy stated below. We send fabric swatches upon customer request.

We only accept returns/ exchanges that were purchased on this website. Please return/ exchange your store purchases to the same retail store where you purchased it.

 

Return Policy On Bedding, Curtains, Pillows, Trimmings, Window Hardware, Accessories

  • Original receipt is required for an exchange or refund. 
  • Merchandise may be returned within 10calendar days from the invoice date and will be subject to all freight charges and a 25% restocking fee. 
  • Merchandise must be returned in excellent condition with its original packaging and must not be altered, treated, cut, or steamed. 
  • Absolutely no returns or exchanges will be accepted for any reason later than 15 calendar days from the invoice date. It will be refused and shipped back freight collect. 
  • No RETURN, No EXCHANGE rule applies to all international shipments. Please request for swatches first to be sure that you are ordering the right color or design. 

 

Return Policy On Fabric

  • All fabrics are final sale due to the nature of the product; it is non-refundable once we cut the yardage. 
  • All fabrics have natural characteristics that are not defects. Irregularities such as shading, slubs, and loom separations are characteristics of natural yarns and are therefore unavoidable.
